This programme, which you will start together with 14 talented and ambitious Young Professionals, is the ideal kick-start of your career. You will be a full team member in one of the participating teams (e.g. Credit Modelling, Stress Testing, Model Validation, Data Analytics). You will extend your analytical skills and soft skills and compress years of industry experience. The exposure and relationships gained during the programme will give you the opportunity to advance your career within Rabobank after successfully completing the programme.   • Working on complex issues for the bank’s Risk Analytics department within different projects;
  • Building complex models for enabling strategic and operational data-driven decision making;
  • Building your knowledge on a specific field within Risk Analytics and become an expert in this field;
  • Working on your personal skills to grow into a strong and self-assured professional that knows the ropes of quantitative problems.

Our Risk Analytics teams bring talented people together to develop several model types from start to finish, to do data quality checks and analysis to create new models, and to discuss results, implement and monitor the models. With you
We would get a problem solver, eager to learn, customer focused and a result-oriented employee. Which are clearly essential for the role of Advanced Analytics Young Professional. Additionally, you also have:

  • completed a Master or PhD in Econometrics/Mathematics/Physics or comparable;
  • no more than 2 years of work experience;
  • affinity with finance and/or risk management;
  • an interest in quantitative analyses and programming (i.e. Matlab, Python and SQL);
  • the ambition to play a key role in a dynamic environment of a large financial institution.
