Young Professional Program – Corporate Banking

The role as an Financial Specialist within FR&R is part of the Young Professional Corporate Banking Program. This means that in addition to your regular work, you also follow a personal development program for 1.5 years. In this program you will receive job-related training, personal development training, coaching sessions and networking opportunities. And you will not do all of this developing on your own, but together with your fellow young professionals.

In addition, you have the option to rotate to the Insolvency department for 3-4 months. Here you learn to analyze the customer's situation and to draw up an action plan for the customer to reducing financing and/or customer relationship. The customer relationship is also central here.

You can actively contribute to the team by:

• guiding customers in financial difficulties to a healthy commercial perspective based on passion and enthusiasm.

• maintaining contact with customers and acting on behalf of Rabobank as a negotiator with external parties such as lawyers, brokers and civil-law notaries.

With each other

You will join a team of about 20 colleagues who focus on restructuring. Working closely with colleagues from the local FR&R teams around the world, it is a team that thinks and acts internationally. This team is an energetic team that likes to work hard, but even more to have fun together! Everyone looks out for each other and team outings are organized on a regular basis.

With you

Emotional intelligence, customer focus, enthusiasm and result orientation are essential for this role. In addition, it is important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:

• A university master's degree, preferably a financial background.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong preference for someone with an EU passport or who has completed a master's degree at a Dutch educational institution..
