Young Professional Program – Corporate Banking

The role as an Financial Specialist within FR&R is part of the Young Professional Corporate Banking Program. This means that in addition to your regular work, you also follow a personal development program for 1.5 years. In this program you will receive job-related training, personal development training, coaching sessions and networking opportunities. And you will not do all of this developing on your own, but together with your fellow young professionals.

In addition, you have the option to rotate to the Insolvency department for 3-4 months. Here you learn to analyze the customer's situation and to draw up an action plan for the customer to reducing financing and/or customer relationship. The customer relationship is also central here.
