During this internship you support the Quality Organization to ensure that a quality management system proportionate to the distributor’s activities is implemented and maintained. You will play an important role in the Product Complaints quality management system in different aspects.
You will be an equal contributor to the team, with overall supervision of the Quality Senior Manager.

During this assignment, you will be an active member in the team mainly focused on improving our quality systems (Quality Product Complaints, i.e.) by identifying potential points of improvement and elaborating an implementation plan. Upon review of the plan, you will be able to implement the appropriate actions detailed in the plan.
This means that you have to interact with several team members located internationally to identify the pain points, define a problem statement, quantify and analyze status, to later on implement in a sustainable manner any appropriate improvement.
