Working in an area where business and Engineering teams collaborate closely to make a difference in the way Rabobank engages with its customers. After all, your contribution is of real significance for us as you will be working on topics like KYC which directly impacts the way the Rabobank works. And of course why not? This is the part that gives you energy! You are at the start of your Rule Engineering career. You elicitate, analyse and write the business rules used to give a risk classification to all our customers. Due to you, we are able to find fraud, but also to give our non-risky customers a flawless process.

You will work in a high performing BizDevOps-squad together with rule experts, rule authors and developers to create and maintain our CDD chain. In the domain of KYC Tech, you will get the opportunity to contribute and work with the newest developments in the market and thus develop your knowledge and skills to the maximum extent possible. In addition, together with other Young Professionals you work on a business challenge that deals with a broader topic involving Rabobank’s our sustainable growth plan. During this 18-months program you get the opportunity to start in your role as Junior Rule Engineer for 4 days a week and you will work for the Young Professional Program IT one day a week where it is all about your personal growth as a professional within IT.

You and your talent

  • A bachelor or master degree, or an equivalent working / thinking level
  • Work experience in IT or IT related
  • Affinity with software development, and already some experience with the programming language Oracle Intelligent Advisor would be a bonus
