Rabo Global Traineeship. One year that revolves around you.
Rabobank has launched an ambitious new one-year programme for graduates. During this year, you and Rabobank will explore where you and your talents are the best fit and discover where your head and heart lie.
You will get to know the entire Rabobank organisation, so you can decide where you can make the most impact. This might be in Wholesale, Rural / Retail, Corporate Banking and Support (including ICT, Control, Audit, Private Banking and Local Member Rabobanks).
As part of a tailor-made programme, every trainee follows his or her own journey with three different projects in the Netherlands and abroad, trainings, personal development and guidance by four tutors.
You have completed your master’s degree in (preferably) Finance, Economics, Business Studies / Technical Business Studies, Information Science or Law. Your are eligible for the programme if you have earned at least a grade of 7 in the Dutch higher education system, a minimum GPA (grade point average) of 3.0, or second-class honours (2:1) or equivalent if you earned your degree outside the Netherlands. We also expect you have a strong drive to work in the banking sector.
You can’t wait to jumpstart your career, but the question at this point is where’s the best place for you. And very important, you have ideas about how to enable Rabobank to fulfil its mission to play a committed role in society and to help solve the global food issue.
If you have any questions about the process, please contact recruiter Irene Hijmans at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The next Rabo Global Traineeship will begin on 1 September 2016. For this next programme the vacancy will remain open until 24th of June 2016.
You are able to apply for this programme all year around.
