Young Professional Program: CreditCore
Using your communication skills and organizational capabilities to support Rabobank’s largest and most important program: CreditCore. Imagine you’re a trusted support for the Program Management Team and a variety of Program Boards. With the possibility of taking the program communication, planning, budgeting and reporting to the next level, and working together with a team of experts and specialists you facilitate the change. As a Young Professional within the CreditCore program, you can make the difference!
Making a difference
The Young Professional Program (YPP) is an 18 month program, during which you will rotate three times, each for a period of six-months. During these rotations you will get the opportunity to deepen and broaden your knowledge of the different domains that together form CreditCore. Possible rotations include, but are not limited to: the Design Teams, Business Units, Reporting and Policy Office and Quality Assurance.
A buddy system is in place to provide support in finding your way around the bank. You and your fellow Young Professionals will also receive coaching from a talent manager and take part in a development program.

CreditCore is the worldwide program (1) impacting all business units and Financial Restructuring and Recovery handling clients within Rabobank, (2) impacting credit risk management processes focusing on the clients with increased credit risk and (3) operating in the credit domain alongside several other major change initiatives within Rabobank. The program lays a future-proof foundation for efficient and proactive client support and active management of our risk portfolio’s.
