Young Professional Program IT - YPPIT
Join a group of young professionals in developing the most innovative applications that explore the boundaries of our digital era in your daily job, while developing your leadership skills together in the Young Professional Program IT (YPPIT).

You and your job
During this 18 months program you get the opportunity to start in your role as for example Cloud Engineer, Business Analyst or Datasteward for 4 days a week. Moreover you get the chance to participate in the Young Professional Program. 1 day a week is all about your growth as a professional within IT! This program consists of a combination of developing your soft and hard skills and is aimed at preparing you for a future role as manager at Rabobank. In addition, together with 10 other Young Professionals you will work on a business challenge that deals with a broader topic which involves our Rabobank’s sustainable growth plan.

You and your talent

• a bachelor or master degree, or an equivalent working / thinking level
• 0-2 years of work experience in IT or IT related
• excellent proficiency in English
• feedback makes you stronger
• focus on the solution
• adaptive to changing situations
