Then you are the one we are looking for to join our team as a Junior Service Delivery Manager!

In this position, you are operational responsible for all aspects of the delivered services of Fujitsu to the customer and their alignment with the contract. You are the first point of contact for the customer by building a strong relationship as being a trusted advisor. You assure that KPI’s (SLA and XLA) are met and act as service integrator between the customer, Fujitsu service lines and third parties.
You analyze service reports and develop improvement plans to optimize the Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction and implement these together with the Delivery Executive to strengthen the relationship with the customer.
We look for someone who is commercial driven; together with the account team you manage the roadmap, and you introduce relevant innovations to develop your customer and generate additional revenue. You develop new business opportunities in conjunction with the customer and the Delivery Executive and stimulate and define requirements for new services as part of an IT Service Strategy. Furthermore, you manage risk, security & compliance, and report on delivery of current services.
The focus of this Junior Service Delivery Manager role is more on daily operations, to build the relationship and connection with the client.

As Fujitsu’s services develop you set challenging improvement targets and drive service owners to constantly improve on quality and cost. You manage key service risks, contractual exposure, and account wide critical escalations to prevent exposure of Fujitsu to customer claims. You assure that services are delivered respecting the compliance frameworks and security guidelines.
In all this, you are guided and coached by a Senior Service Delivery Manager.

Do you have what it takes?
You have a University or Bachelor degree, and some experience in managing contract at companies that offer services, preferably IT. Additionally, you have great analytical skills and the ability to handle complex solutions within an organization. You are easy to communicate with, can keep an overview in complex situations and know work together with different people in an organization to drive the best outcome for the customer and Fujitsu. As a person you have a commercial mindset, are a team player, a multitasker and stress resistant, who has a good sense of humor. On top of that you have excellent Dutch and English language skills.
