You and your job
During the 18-month Young Professional Program Engineering you get the opportunity to start in your role as Software Engineer (e.g. .NET, JAVA, Cloud) for 4 days a week. Moreover you get the chance to participate in the Young Professional Program Engineering together with other professionals. After the program, you will have developed the skills that make you an expert in your programming language! In addition, together with 10 other young professionals you will work on a technical challenge that deals with a broader topic which involves our Rabobank’s sustainable growth plan.
